Please note that refunds cannot be given as all orders are treated as "made to order". However, if your canvas has a defect from the printing or manufacturing then we will be happy to replace this for you as we want your picture to be perfect. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, if you are local please feel free to pop down and have a look for yourself.
When ordering canvases, please note that the actual size will be to fit the aspec ratio of the picture.
Please note that we do not offer next day delivery on our orders as every item is "made to order" and we don't rush the process as it needs to be perfect when it is delivered to you.
We also do not charge for shipping within the United Kingdom.
